Join us at noon on Tuesday, February 28th at Oak Hill Country Club to hear Elvio Fernandes, Founder of Roc Star Academy present, “Literally, Rockin’ Out Every Day at Work.”

A behind-the-scenes look at the life of a national recording and touring musician who is also a mentor to hundreds of aspiring young musicians. Elvio Fernandes is a keyboardist and backup vocalist for the Grammy-nominated band Daughtry. In the last year a song he co-wrote, “Heavy Is the Crown,” ranked no. 1 on the Billboard rock charts and Daughtry’s recent release of “Separate Ways” ranked no. 1 on iTunes. Fernandes funnels what he has learned in his musical career into ROC Star Academy, where he and a team of professional musicians coach the next generation of rock stars, while, more importantly, fostering confidence and teamwork.
